A One-Week Summer Residency for Advanced Musicians on Cape Cod

Arts Empowering Life (AEL) invites advanced students and emerging artists to join its Brass, Percussion, and Woodwind Residency Program, a one-week immersive experience at the new Performing Arts Center in Brewster, Cape Cod. Taking place from June 9–14, 2025, this program offers master classes, ensemble rehearsals, and performance opportunities with some of the finest musicians in the field.

What to Expect:

Participants will engage in a week filled with intensive instruction, including master classes, ensemble coaching, and individual performance opportunities. Designed to challenge and elevate your skills, this program is ideal for those looking to advance their musical craft in both solo and ensemble settings. You will leave the residency with newfound confidence and artistry, ready to tackle your next musical goals.

Professional Recording Opportunities:

Through Wingbeats Recording Studios, participants will have the chance to create high-quality audition tapes. With access to a professional engineer and a collaborative pianist, these sessions provide invaluable resources for building a strong artistic portfolio.

Set amidst the stunning coastal landscape of Cape Cod, this residency offers more than just a musical experience. The serene environment will nurture both personal and creative growth, making this an unforgettable week of artistic development.

Final Collaborative Concert

The week will culminate in a collaborative concert where students will perform alongside faculty, showcasing the progress and artistry developed during the residency. This unique concert will be an inspiring blend of student and faculty musicianship.
