Tuesdays: Strings Camp

Find the voice of your instrument
Polish your bowing technique
Create different sound colors
Try your hand at fiddling
Explore the world of Chamber Music
Meet Baroque, Classical, Romantic,
and Contemporary music & composers

Wednesdays: Percussion Camp

Highlights

Play in a drum circle
Find and imitate rhythms in nature (Grades K–4)
Learn skills with sticks and mallets
Experience different percussion styles
Work with guest percussionists

Wednesdays: Brass & Woodwinds Camp

Highlights

Explore how wind instruments produce sound
Learn Breathing Gym
Make music with brass and woodwinds
Play the recorder
“Breakout room” practice sessions

About the Instructors

Workshops will be led by artists of Arts Empowering Life, each with years of high-level performance and teaching experience—private lessons, workshops, and assemblies in the US, Australia, Canada, South Africa, and South Korea.
