Transfiguration Wind Ensemble Concert

Be refreshed by the radiant sounds of winds and percussion in concert at the Church of the Transfiguration, Rock Harbor, Orleans. Drawing inspiration from themes in the story of the Transfiguration, the Wind Ensemble program reflects hope and the promise that life and light will prevail.  Join us on a musical journey from the meditations of James Curnow to the impressionism of Claude Debussy, to a famous military masterpiece with a rich history—William Walton’s Crown Imperial.
